Price and renewal

€597 excluding VAT covers the first three calendar months. From month four, the subscription renews automatically each month at €199 excluding VAT while the promotional subscription remains active. Applicable VAT and the total are shown before payment. Promotional entry ends on 30 November 2026, Portugal time.

A valid coupon changes the subscription price before VAT. The €1 monthly coupon covers the first three months for €3 excluding VAT, then renews at €1 excluding VAT per month while that subscription remains active. The accepted initial and recurring totals appear before payment. The discount does not alter the initial period, renewal cadence, access or cancellation rules.

The paid period starts only once payment has been verified. The provider determines the precise calendar boundaries, including month-end dates, which are shown in your subscription account.

Cancellation and failed payment

Cancellation is available after the initial three-month period through your subscription account. It stops future automatic renewals and preserves access until the end of the period already paid. A renewal payment that has already been collected covers that next paid period.

If renewal fails, access ends at the exact end of the paid period. Provider retries do not add a grace period. Access can resume after a subsequent payment is verified for the relevant period.

Refunds and mandatory rights

We do not offer discretionary refunds or pro-rata refunds for unused subscription time. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer withdrawal rights, remedies for non-conformity or other rights that applicable law requires.

Access starts automatically following payment verification. This does not waive mandatory consumer rights. To exercise an applicable statutory right, contact sales@nomeracapital.pt.

Payment and records

Revolut hosts checkout and collects the payment method and recurring-payment authorisation. Portugal Funds does not store card numbers or security codes. We retain the accepted terms version, billing context and operational payment references. A provider receipt is not presented as a Portuguese fiscal invoice.

Real sales remain disabled until fiscal invoicing, VAT treatment and the final contractual notices are confirmed.
